How long will it take to receive an order?

Please allow for at least one week of processing times for most products.

Do you ship Internationally?

Currently we are not shipping internationally. 

My package has not been delivered, I think it may be lost.

If you suspect that your package was lost by the USPS, you can file a claim HERE.

Please know that we do not have control over packages once they leave our hands. We are provided with the same tracking information that is provided to you upon shipping. Please contact the USPS with concerns regarding your orders shipping.

My package is showing as "delivered" but I do not see it

Most packages that show as "delivered" and are not there show up in the next day or so. Contact your local post office and they should be able to help you track down your package! More than likely they have it at their facility or their system logged it as delivered by accident. If they don't have it, check with your neighbors or in hidden spots around your house/complex.

The Dog Mom's Closet is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. If you suspect that your package has been stolen or lost in transport, you can file a claim through the shipping company.

Do you offer refunds?

The Dog Mom's Closet does not allow refunds. Exchanges will be made for damaged products only. Sales are final for all personalized products.
